Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) in Neurosciences - Cranial. This full-time position involves outpatient and inpatient care, with a 4-10 hour shift pattern, and a rotating call schedule.

You will work with a collaborative team to manage comprehensive neurological care. The role requires an IL APN or PA license, DEA and state controlled substance licenses, and a master’s level education in a neurology specialty, plus at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required
• Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: 1 year of neurology and/or cranial APP experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients under direction of collaborating physician(s).
• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations; order imaging, labs, and diagnostics.
• Interpret results and write progress notes; follow patients through treatment in clinic and hospital.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to achieve optimal outcomes; promote wellness and prevent illness.
