Northwest Indiana Healthcare System is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time, outpatient-focused position in the Greater Chicagoland area. The role offers a balanced mix of clinical care, advanced EPIC EHR functionality, and collaborative teamwork.

Formación

• Fellowship-trained endocrinologist with board eligibility or certification.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in outpatient endocrine management and diabetes care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care.

Educación

MD/DO (US medical school or international equivalent)

Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
