Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is assisting a Northwest Indiana healthcare system in recruiting an Board Certified/Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time, outpatient-focused role near the Greater Chicagoland area. The physician will join a physician-led group with access to high-tech hospital infrastructure and EPIC EHR with AI features.

You will diagnose and manage adult endocrine disorders, perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.
• Outpatient management experience with diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, and metabolic health.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis and management of adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with PCPs, surgeons, bariatric specialists and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships with individualized care planning.
