Job summary

Endocrinologist opportunity in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician for a busy outpatient practice within a physician-led group.

Located about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, with access to a high-tech hospital infrastructure and AI-enhanced EPIC EHR, you will deliver comprehensive endocrine care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to build a thriving practice.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic health
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators
• Utilize cutting-edge clinical tools and EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and health system quality improvement initiatives
• Foster strong, long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning
