Morrison & Foerster is hiring an End User Support Analyst on our Information Technology Team in Washington, DC. You will troubleshoot desktop applications and hardware, resolve issues from initial report to final resolution, and ensure attorneys and staff have reliable tools for success.

You’ll support everyday tech needs and high-stakes meeting setups, collaborating with IT teams and vendors. Strong customer service and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-user, service desk, or desktop support experience.
• Windows support experience required; macOS experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for desktop applications, operating systems, and hardware.
• Log, manage, and document support tickets with timely responses and clear communication.
• Deliver desk-side and virtual training on firm-standard hardware and software.
• Assist with user account creation and maintenance across firm systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and application owners on complex issues.
• Support and maintain conference room technology; schedule and monitor video/audio conferences.
