Job summary

Amer Sports in New York City seeks a Field Services & Support Specialist to deliver end-user IT support for Windows/macOS, Office 365, and mobile devices. You will build OS images, manage deployments with MDT/WDS/Autopilot and support JAMF for Mac environments.

You will join a global IT team, handle escalations, train users, and assist global service desk staff. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or relevant experience.
• 3–4 years in a PC/telecom network environment.
• Experience with macOS, Windows 11/10, Windows Server OS.
• Familiar with email clients, FTP, and web browsers.
• Experience with group policy management.
• Experience with Teams rooms hardware (Logitech/Cisco/Yealink).
• Experience configuring mobile devices (Android/iOS).
• Experience with VPN technologies.
• SCCM/InTune/MDM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support via remote access, phone and email.
• Handle escalations and document for Global Service Desk.
• Install/upgrade and troubleshoot software issues.
• Provide high level support for InTune/JAMF MDM in a large environment.
• Create Windows OS images using MDT, WDS and Autopilot.
• Maintain Mac environment using JAMF MDM.
• Provide software training to clients as needed.
• Support MS Teams room audio/video in conference rooms.
• Provide white-glove IT support for executive leadership.
• Weekend/after-hours work may be scheduled.
