I am looking for someone with good soft skills and some direct endpoint management experience (SCCM/Intune, some JAMF). This is a mid-level role, not an entry level role. Someone with an emerging skillset in AI/Automation would be a huge plus. Great opportunity for a motivated and very strong level 2 support tech looking to take their career to the next step.
