Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an End User Support Technician for a 06+ months contract in Palm Beach Gardens, FL ( onsite ).

Provide exceptional technical assistance to end users, manage inventory of desktop hardware and software, and support users both in the office and on the factory floor where applicable. The role requires 9+ years in end-user support, strong desktop/laptop/mobile device skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in end-user technical support.
• Strong understanding of desktop, laptop, and mobile device support principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer support attitude.

Immediate need for a talented End User Support Technician. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL(Onsite).

Pay Range: $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
