We seek an End User Support Specialist 1 / Desktop Support Specialist I to deliver top-notch end-user assistance and resolve technical issues across desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.

The role involves troubleshooting, configuring systems per policy, maintaining data privacy, and supporting data backup and system maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Associate degree or better in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+ certification — confirms entry-level IT employees' competence in basic network communications, installation, and maintenance of computer hardware.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certifications — demonstrate fundamental knowledge of specific Microsoft products and are intended for entry-level IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and peripherals to resolve issues.
• Provide end-user support via phone, chat, and email with strong customer service.
• Install and configure desktop hardware/software per company procedures.
• Maintain privacy and security when handling sensitive data on company drives.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to minimize downtime.
