Job summary

Link Technologies, a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is seeking an End User Support Technician to join our team. You will install, configure, troubleshoot Windows desktops and MS 365 apps, and perform OS imaging and hardware deployments across a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on support, strong customer service, and physical work including lifts up to 40 lbs. Nevada Gaming Card eligibility is required for employment consideration.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations and OS deployment.
• Experience deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and end-user devices.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel across a large property.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to end users across the organization.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and MS 365 apps.
• Perform OS imaging, deployments, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, moves, and cable management.
• Maintain professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including OS deployment, imaging, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, docks, printers, and other end-user devices
• Strong physical end-user support skills, including desk-side troubleshooting, hardware installations, cable management, workstation setup, and equipment moves
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
• Experience with Active Directory and basic hardware/software troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and walk throughout a large property
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card

Preferred

• Basic Apple/macOS support
• CompTIA A+ Certification
