BayCare Health System in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced IS professional to provide direct service and end-user support for computing devices across our network. You will manage incidents, fulfill requests, and perform moves/adds/changes, with involvement in device imaging, inventory, and project work.

This role requires strong customer focus and the ability to operate within SLAs. The position is full-time and exempt, based at Morton Plant Hospital, with rare weekend work and no remote

Qualifications

• 7 years - Computer Related experience, or 5 years with Associates degree.
• High School Graduate or Equivalent GED required.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelors in related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct service and end-use support for computing devices and peripherals.
• Work with incident management system; fulfill end user requests and resolve issues per SLAs and IS procedures.
• Handle moves, adds, and changes for computer devices; respond to break/fix service requests.
• Participate in IS projects for technology refresh, inventory management, imaging/staging, and material distribution.
• Provide phone support and support for mobile devices.
• Act as sole IS support for a small to medium facility within the system.

Summary

• Responsible for providing direct service and end-use support for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
• Works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
• Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
• Participates in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
• Provides phone support and support of mobile devices.
• Exhibits skills and experience to be the sole IS support for a small to medium facility within the system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 7 years - Computer Related; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with Associates.
