BayCare Health System seeks an experienced IT professional to deliver direct end-user support for a wide range of computing devices across the BayCare network. You will engage with the incident management system, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to established SLAs and procedures.

The role involves moves, adds, and changes for devices, device imaging/staging, inventory tasks, and support for mobile devices on a large healthcare campus. On-site work at Clearwater facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing direct IT end-user support in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and SLAs.
• Experience with moves, adds, changes for computing devices and peripherals.

Summary

• Responsible for providing direct service and end-use support for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
• Works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
• Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
• Participates in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
• Provides phone support and support of mobile devices.
• Exhibits skills and experience to be the sole IS support for a small to medium facility within the system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 7 years - Computer Related; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with Associates.
• Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Preferred Education: Associates Degree - Related Field
• Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree - Computer Science

Credentials

• Required: MS (Microsoft) - Related Field; Or - Computer Tech Related - Related Field
• Required: CompTIA A+ OR Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate OR equivalent
