Job summary

Theoris is seeking an End User Services Support Specialist in Brownsburg, IN to provide day-to-day endpoint, mobility, and productivity app support with a strong customer focus.

You will manage Windows and macOS issues, Intune enrollment, Autopilot deployments, and Office 365 tasks, coordinating with IT teams to ensure smooth device lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and asset tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT End User Services / Tier 2 support, including escalations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Strong knowledge of AD/Entra ID, MFA, and hybrid identity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets related to end-user hardware, software, and access issues.
• Use ITSM tools to track work performed and communicate outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis and document solutions as KB articles.
• Provide white-glove support for executives and key users when required.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning tasks.
• Configure and troubleshoot desktops/laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Intune policies, enrollment, and device management workflows.
• Coordinate with network/security teams during incidents.
