Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the IT End User Services team. The role provides in-person and remote end-user support across desktops, laptops, mobility, and AV/VoIP systems, working with a global remote team to diagnose and resolve incidents.

The position emphasizes hands-on hardware/software support, adherence to security standards, and collaboration with IT groups and business units. A+ and Windows 10 experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• 2-3 years in IT Desktop Support focused on end user services.
• A+ certification desirable.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with ServiceNow help desk.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, service focused end-user support onsite and remote.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with teams to resolve root causes.
• Document incidents and requests in ServiceNow with detailed notes.
• Maintain desktop hardware and software and support mobility platforms.
• Escalate critical incidents as needed and assist IT Asset Management.
