Networking Technologies + Support, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA seeks a PC Technician to deliver end-user device support including PCs, MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones. The role focuses on deployment, provisioning, troubleshooting, and frontline user assistance in a corporate setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in desk-side or help-desk support, with hands-on Intune experience and strong customer service skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

1-3 years of desktop support, help desk, or mobile device support experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
Experience with Windows and IOS environments.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Mansioni

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC's, printers, and Apple devices including MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile devices and endpoint hardware.
Support users with hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
Manage inventory, asset tracking, device lifecycle management, and equipment deployments.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams to resolve complex issues.
Follow established security policies and procedures to protect company data and devices.
