Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an End User Computing Technician to deliver high-quality on-site IT services by resolving issues promptly and maintaining IT best practices. You will support end-user computing across Windows and Linux environments, manage inventories and ticket queues, and work closely with the EUC Manager to meet client timelines.

Responsibilities include deskside support, proactive maintenance, and delivering “White Glove” service.

Qualifications

• EUC support and client-focused service delivery in EUC/FSO environments.
• Deskside support for Windows 11 and Linux endpoints.
• Strong attention to asset inventory and asset management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse user groups including executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across client activities and on-site locations.
• Maintain end-user computing equipment, Windows- and Linux-based systems.
• Manage ticket queue and follow approved workflows.
• Prioritize tasks based on SLAs, call volumes, and site criticality.
• Manage inventory of laptops and related equipment.
• Deliver ‘White Glove’ service under pressure.
• Collaborate in project-based environments with strong teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by EUC Manager.
