Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) invites applications for a Computer User Support Analyst 2 within the Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences. You will provide advanced end-user support for Mac and Windows, manage ~100 computers on campus and remotely, and work with the ITG desk to resolve network and device issues.

The role also covers hardware installation, license management, training, and back-up support for AV systems during seminars and events.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree plus two years’ computer support or IT experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; OR an equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
Strong knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and end-user support on Mac and Windows.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced end-user support for core and environment-specific OHSU systems, on campus and remotely.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and printer issues; coordinate with ITG for problem resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software; manage licenses and inventory.
Deliver training for end users and support audiovisual setups for seminars and events.
