Job summary

Lids Sports Group, headquartered in Indianapolis, seeks a Deskside Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for corporate users across locations. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, install and configure equipment, and coordinate with service vendors to ensure timely repairs.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, communication, and knowledge of Windows and office software, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction and proper IT asset management.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a computer-related field and at least 3 years of hardware/software support experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and AV products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to corporate computer users.
• Resolve computer problems in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Configure and deliver corporate IT equipment as needed.
• Interface with departments to fulfill IT hardware needs.
• Maintain and update work orders in the ITSM tool.
