Armada Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to support end users at corporate headquarters and warehouses nationwide. The End User Services team is responsible for assisting employees with issues related to end point hardware and software; providing technology for collaboration and managing and supporting the Helpdesk application.
The IT Technical Analyst provides support to on-site and remote users. This role will support Armada corporate headquarters and warehouses located across the United States with innovative technologies for our colleagues and customers.
To meet these goals, the successful candidate should be customer focused and have good verbal and written communication skills. Technically, the candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, as well as endpoint protection software. The role also supports printers, mobile devices, workstations, conference room A/V equipment, offsite events, and minimal network trouble shooting.
This role will provide opportunities to interact with all levels of employees, from entry level to the CEO in addressing issues and providing solutions.
