Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Support in New York, NY to own the end-user computing stack, from device enrollment to resolving Teams or printer issues. The role is fulltime and on-site with a competitive salary and benefits.

You will manage Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, Intune, and AD/Entra ID, prioritizing time-sensitive requests while communicating clearly with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT support or end-user computing operations experience.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting across desktops/laptops.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 apps and Teams.
• Experience with printers/peripherals in a business setting.
• Device enrollment/management in Intune.
• Software installation, packaging, deployment, and patching.
• Ability to build standard workstation configurations.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding users.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user computing environment and resolve issues across devices, apps, and access.
• Build and enroll devices, manage incidents, and coordinate escalations.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain AD/Entra ID groups and permissions.
• Troubleshoot Teams, printers, and network-connected peripherals.
• Maintain documentation and follow ITSM processes on-site.
