You will be self-directed, mentor staff, respond to staff needs, and guide longer-term projects that enhance performance, security, and user experience across desktops, laptops, and mobility.

Responsibilities include budgeting, collaboration, after-hours support, disaster recovery planning, and driving continuous IT improvements with metrics and vendor negotiations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 8+ years in IT, with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years in a senior/leadership role or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor the End User Services team, including performance reviews.
• Oversee infrastructure design, monitoring, and patching activities.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises and annual planning.
• Serve as escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction.
