Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related work experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Infor M3 experience preferred.
• Infor M3 certification(s) preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage or process manufacturing industry.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with high flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Translate and document conceptual user requirements into functional requirements for developers/technical teams (functional specs).
• Partner with peers and technical teams to establish to-be solution design options and participate in deployments.
• Obtain approvals for design options to ensure they meet requirements.
• Facilitate testing, test plans, test cases, execution, and defect oversight.
• Adhere to SDLC/change control processes and provide post go-live support as required.
• Assist in developing strong business cases for project charters and decisions.
• Research software and hardware products to meet requirements and support purchasing.
