Qualifications

• 8+ years in End User Computing or related field.
• Experience providing technical support to senior executives.
• Strong knowledge of end-user technologies, workplace tools, and AV systems.
• Experience leading technical teams, IT operations, or asset management functions.
• Experience improving IT service delivery and implementing automation solutions.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EUC and IT support services for employees and senior executives.
• Provide white-glove executive IT support with prompt, proactive, and professional service.
• Manage AV support for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
• Lead asset management and technical operations teams, including IT asset lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Monitor service performance, define KPIs, and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to meet organizational needs.
• Maintain IT documentation, service standards, and best practices.
• Ensure EUC services align with the organization's global IT strategy and operating model.
