Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking a field technician to unbox and deploy IT equipment at designated workstations in our NY area sites. You will set up Dell UltraSharp U3425WE monitors and Logitech keyboards/mice, ensure clean cable management, and verify functionality after installation.

Coordination with the onsite POC to confirm completed setups, and reporting of any damaged or missing equipment, are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to unbox and deploy IT equipment at workstations.
• Ability to set up and connect Dell UltraSharp U3425WE monitors.
• Install and connect Logitech keyboards and mice.
• Ensure proper cable connections and workstation organization.
• Coordinate with onsite POC to confirm completed setups.

• Unbox and deploy IT equipment at designated workstations.
• Set up and connect Dell UltraSharp U3425WE 34” monitors.
• Install and connect Logitech keyboards and mice.
• Ensure proper cable connections and workstation organization.
• Perform basic functionality checks after installation.
• Coordinate with onsite POC to confirm completed setups.
• Report any damaged, missing, or non-functional equipment.
• Follow onsite instructions and complete all assigned workstation deployments.
• Equipment quantity: approximately 50 monitors and 50 keyboard/mouse sets.
