Responsibilities

• Investigate workstation connectivity issues and application problems on-site and document findings for escalation.
• Record device, symptoms, steps taken, and current status to support ongoing resolution.
• Escalate unresolved or security-related issues through the proper route with clear context.
• Prepare a workstation and standard peripherals for a new employee.
• Follow the employer's access and security procedures and avoid bypassing controls.
• Communicate next steps and status clearly to users to help them resume tasks.
