• Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• College coursework or technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for required experience.
• Strong familiarity with endpoint management, identity/access, and security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical end-user support across the college computing environment.
• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, and identity/access management for users and devices.
• Lead endpoint management tasks including OS deployment, imaging, packaging, and patching.
• Maintain and document technical procedures and support records for consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with IT Manager, College IT staff, and UFIT for complex issues.
