The role emphasizes complex configurations, software distribution, and coordination of large-scale deployments while staying current with IT developments and agency security standards.

Qualifications

• Requires four years of college with coursework in computer science or related fields.
• Requires three years of professional experience in Client Services or related IT field.
• Specialized Skills cover Windows/Mac environments, SCCM/Lite-Touch/Azure/Intune/MSI scripting.
• Experience deploying and maintaining desktop/laptop hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, configure, implement, and maintain desktop installations and software distribution.
• Configure, test, implement, document, and maintain Windows/Mac OS and Office products.
• Provide end user support for Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, McAfee, and related apps.
• Act as project coordinator for large hardware/software deployments across agencies.
• Evaluate new technology and advise on future IT directions.
