Job summary

Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) seeks a Service Desk Analyst to support end-user computing across multiple sites. You will manage hardware, OS, and software deployments, create automation scripts, and ensure secure, compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with affiliate operations, maintain documentation, and support capacity planning and budgeting to improve efficiency and equity in technology access.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office, and general PC troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCCM, vulnerability/patch management, and application packaging.
• PowerShell and scripting skills for automation.
• MDM experience including Microsoft Intune, and familiarity with end-user computing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels within CHN and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle ownership of processes, procedures, and standards in IT service.
• Provide Tier 2-3 support for workstation and mobile environments, including hardware and OS issues.
• Assist with software deployments, packaging, scripting, and OS deployments.
• Develop login and utility scripts using PowerShell and other languages.
• Manage end-user computing solutions including SCCM and Intune.
• Coordinate with affiliates and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Assist with capacity planning, budgeting, and project implementations.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for end-user computing.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance as needed and ensure compliance with policies.
