Job summary

Point72’s Technology team is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead end-user technology services across the firm. You will support PCs, laptops, video conferencing, mobile devices, and collaboration tools to empower high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in client service or technical support, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with market data platforms. You will participate in incident management, automation, training, and on-call rotations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client service or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting investment professionals in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of market data and electronic trading platforms such as Bloomberg and Neovest.
• Experience scripting and automating operational tasks using PowerShell and Splunk.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, document root causes, and mitigate risks.
• Experience using an incident tracking system and providing on-call support.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a rotating basis.
• Strong client service skills and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of end-user technology services across the firm.
• Support PCs, laptops, video conferencing, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues with urgency.
• Develop training materials and knowledge articles to boost adoption.
• Automate routine tasks and implement scripting solutions to improve reliability.
• Manage technology projects with plans and status updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and on-site providers to meet SLAs.
• Own the incident lifecycle and perform root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Provide rotational 24x7 on-call support and travel as needed.
• Perform system health checks and manage hardware lifecycle activities.
