Uline is hiring an End User Computing Administrator to help manage, support, and improve software and systems powering its North American operations. The role is on-site at Uline's Wisconsin campus with a focus on endpoint management, software deployment, and security tooling.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's in CS/IT and 3+ years in desktop support or systems administration, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Uline offers comprehensive benefits and on-site perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• H1-B lottery not applicable to Uline and positions are on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
