Job summary

Uline is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to help manage, support and improve software and systems across our North American operations. The role involves hands-on work to ensure reliable tech experiences for users and robust security practices.

You will collaborate with teams to patch, deploy, and optimize endpoints on Windows and macOS platforms. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of practical experience in desktop support or system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments with endpoint management, virtualization and core networking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.

• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
