Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking an End User Computing Administrator to manage software and systems powering our North American operations. This hands-on role delivers reliable technology solutions and supports end-user environments across the business.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT and 3+ years in desktop support or systems administration, with experience in Windows and macOS, endpoint management, virtualization, and core networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in desktop support, systems administration or end-user computing environments.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments using endpoint management, virtualization and core networking technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Test and implement software applications to deliver reliable technology solutions that support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as needed.
• Protect company devices and systems through patch management and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.
• Identify and document technology and process improvements to enhance system performance and ensure efficient operations.
