Job summary

Rite-Hite is seeking a Billing & Collections Leader to supervise the End User Team in Wisconsin. You will oversee end-to-end billing, collections, and dispute resolution, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely cash collection.

Responsibilities include maintaining AR, leading a team of eight biller/collectors, coordinating with IT on software efficiency, and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and Six Sigma principles. A Bachelor’s degree and extensive collections experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of managing billing and collections teams.
• Five or more years of billing and/or collecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review End User sales records for proper billing instructions and timely collection.
• Support SOP development and automation in billing/collection processes.
• Coordinate and prepare customer billings and supporting documents.
• Lead calls to ensure invoices are received and issues resolved before due date.
• Manage collection of outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment.
• Maintain a clean AR aging and identify billing issues promptly.
• Make collections calls to representatives and customers to facilitate cash flow.
• Serve as primary contact for End User billing, disputes, and collections.
• Review and amend documents for signature by Rite-Hite officers.
• Direct filing of liens as necessary.
• Collaborate with IT to improve billing software usage.
• Manage a team of biller/collectors including training and performance evaluation.
• Assist Accounting/Finance with ad hoc requests and analyses.
• Perform end-to-end billing and collecting duties for allocated contracts.
