Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an End User Billing and Collection Specialist to ensure accurate billing and timely collection for End User equipment work. You will review sales records, resolve billing issues, and maintain aging reports while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (or higher) and 3+ years in billing/collections, with strong Excel skills and experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing and/or collections is required or preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple software programs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and bill End User Non-Portal sales records.
• Build relationships with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Research and resolve billing questions and ensure timely payment.
