Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking an End User Collections Manager to lead the billing and collections team and optimize end-to-end cash flow. You will review sales records, coordinate billings, and work closely with IT/productivity teams to improve SOPs and automation.

The role requires 3+ years managing billing teams, 5+ years in billing/collections, and strong leadership. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with ERP and collections software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years managing billing and collections teams.
• 5+ years billing/collecting experience.
• Experience with ERP and collections software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review End User sales records for proper billing instructions and ensure timely billing and collection.
• Lead and develop the End User billing/collections team and collaborate with Continuous Improvement.
• Coordinate and prepare customer billings and supporting documents to maximize first-time right collections.
• Monitor aging and resolve billing issues to improve payment timeliness.
