Job summary

Rite-Hite Company LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Billing & Collections Manager to oversee End User invoicing, disputes, and collections. You will lead a team of about eight billers and collectors, drive process improvements, and partner with IT to optimize software use for accurate cash flow.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in billing/collections, and 3+ years of leadership. Expertise with Esker, High Radius, FIS-Get Paid, and JD Edwards is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Three or more years managing billing/collections teams.
• Five or more years billing and/or collecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Review End User sales records for proper billing instructions and ensure timely accurate billing.
• Lead a team of biller/collectors and supervise performance.
• Coordinate collections and maintain AR aging.
• Identify billing issues and resolve payment problems promptly.
• Research problems preventing payment and pursue collections, including possible legal actions.
• Work with Continuous Improvement to implement process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to Accounting/Finance.
