Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline with 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers.
• Working knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet SLAs.
• Familiarity with employment laws and interview best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing to offer.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Conduct intake discussions to clarify profiles and timelines.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social networks, referrals.
• Evaluate qualifications and present recommendations to managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and compliance.
• Communicate with candidates and managers for transparency.
• Participate in recruitment events and candidate engagement activities.
• Support process improvements within recruiting guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR partners to share best practices.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices.
• Travel up to 10%.
