Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent academic record (GPA ≥3.0)
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of recruitment and retention goals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with cross-functional teams
