Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
• GPA at or above 3.0.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to recruit and retain talent; data-driven mindset.
• Team oriented, detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview for assigned positions.
• Provide information to candidates about Garmin, culture, benefits and career paths.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to recruit top candidates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Garmin's ATS and generate reports.
• Use job boards, social networks, and ATS to generate candidate interest.
• Support achievement of annual hiring goals and retention targets.
