Job summary

PAYCOM is hiring an onsite Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Dallas, TX with a USD 90,000 per year salary. You will run end-to-end recruiting, use ATS and sourcing tools to identify talent, and partner with hiring managers to execute hiring strategies across assigned departments.

You will work with recruiting leadership to understand hiring needs, build a custom strategy, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Screening, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, or evidence of leadership/management experience, or experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment under direct supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with global recruitment and requisition management.
• Confidence handling people face-to-face and over the phone.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication ability.
• Time management skills and persuasive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined applicant pipeline processes for screening, movement, and dispositioning of both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with candidates throughout the hiring process and afterwards.
• Communicate effectively with individuals involved in the hiring process as directed by the Team Lead, with opportunities to support senior-level recruiters at times.
• Manage pipeline activity regularly, ensure data integrity, and share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
• Use internal ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools daily to find active candidates in the marketplace, including tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Run the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned Paycom departments while delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Under recruiting leadership direction, partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals and execute a custom hiring strategy.
• Support the recruiting team in meeting and exceeding goals while building additional sourcing and recruiting skills and tactics, with guidance from the recruiting leader.
