Job summary

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Admin I to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job spec to candidate acceptance. This onsite contract role is based in Seattle, WA, with regular hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and pays via pay-as-you-go.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage interviews, optimize the candidate experience, and maintain employer branding across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience is required.
• Experience with ATS systems is required.
• Full-cycle / end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and manage SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers.
• Candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
• Interview process management.
• Ability to meet or exceed service-delivery expectations.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Key member of the recruiting strategy team, developing and maintaining the required capability and talent.
• Creates and executes on global recruitment strategies for assigned functional/geographic areas.
• Manage interview processes for each recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment from job spec to candidate acceptance and onboarding.
• Provide leadership in broad recruiting solutions and improve service delivery.
• Review and improve how we advertise job opportunities and maintain employer brand.
