Responsibilities

• Own the credentialing and privileging process end to end for each client, mapping medical staff rules and bylaws.
• Pre-populate applications and coordinate verifications, health records, and procedure logs.
• Identify potential delays and troubleshoot to keep provider start dates on schedule.
• Collaborate with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Deliver clear, personable communication tailored to provider and client needs.
