Qualifications

• Analyze information, identify inconsistencies and solve problems independently.
• Skilled at managing urgent deadlines and shifting priorities without losing organization.
• Strong written and verbal communicator across providers, clients, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented, with the organizational skills to track many moving pieces at once.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel, with solid general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end credentialing and privileging for each client, mapping facility rules and tracking requirements.
• Guide providers by setting expectations, pre-populating applications, and coordinating verifications and records.
• Spot delays early and troubleshoot to keep start dates and deadlines on track.
• Collaborate with clients, providers, and internal teams to remove roadblocks.
• Deliver clear, personable communication tailored to each provider and client.
