Qualifications

• Five (5) years of payroll experience including Workday payroll.
• Experience reviewing timekeeping records and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Ability to handle tax notices and manage multi-state payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for exempt/non-exempt (biweekly) multi-state payroll using Workday and OSV.
• Reconcile payroll across periods and review prorated wages and deductions.
• Ensure tax withholdings are accurate and manage local registrations and tax adjustments.
• Support year-end activities and respond to employee inquiries within SLA.
• Handle ad hoc projects related to payroll and W-2 processing.
