Qualifications

Hands-on experience processing payroll, ideally end-to-end.
Experience working with payroll or HRIS platforms (ADP, SAP, Ceridian, Workday).
Understanding of timekeeping, deductions, and reconciliations.
Ability to handle confidential employee information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and within established deadlines.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including reviewing data, adjustments, and validation pre-payroll.
Review timecards and resolve discrepancies before payroll is processed.
Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure data and payments are correct.
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and processing issues promptly.
Provide internal payroll support by answering employee pay, deductions, and timekeeping questions.
