Job summary

ComTec Information Systems (IT) is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume, multi-state environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, system expertise, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of payroll experience, hands-on ADP GlobalView experience, and working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for a large employee base across multiple states.
• Validate time data and ensure accurate payroll calculations.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Utilize payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView (required) and SAP (preferred).
• Support process improvements and maintain payroll controls.
