The role uses Workday integrated with ADP GlobalView, requiring proactive collaboration with leadership, HR, and Finance to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of payroll experience, proficiency with ADP GV, Workday, SAP, and Excel, and a CPP designation is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of solid payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, including off-cycle processing.
• Manage data submission to Workday-ADP GlobalView integration.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and Finance on employee data integrity.
