Job summary

Cadigy Inc. is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee the full order lifecycle from placement to delivery. You will analyze customer POs, ensure accuracy, and coordinate with Customer Service, Product Development, and Manufacturing to enhance the customer experience.

You will liaise with planning, production, purchasing, and finance to guarantee timely production and shipment, while addressing risks and driving process improvements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Experience in customer service management or equivalent.
• 2+ years in program management.
• Familiarity with the order lifecycle from placement to fulfillment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties.
• Proficiency with Epicor ERP and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate orders and resolve issues during fulfillment.
• Track milestones from order entry to shipping and delivery.
• Review POs for accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Communicate changes to customers professionally and timely.
• Enter orders into ERP and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with planning, production, purchasing, and finance to meet shipping timelines.
• Monitor order-related trends and identify opportunities for blanket/scheduling agreements.
• Manage customer communications on schedule changes and urgency.
• Support Program Managers in customer interfaces on service issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans and represent the company in meetings.
• Serve as lead contact for all customer account management matters.
