The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Workday payroll, strong communication, and experience in agile environments using Jira.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
• 5+ years of Workday experience (gathering requirements, testing, configuration) with emphasis on payroll.
• Workday Payroll certification is a definite plus.
• Excellent communication skills interacting with product, technology, and executive leadership.
• 5+ years' Workday experience.
• Workday Payroll product expertise.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira.
• Strong testing experience.

Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4

Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 & Minneapolis Minnesota 55415 ( Hybrid)

Duration: 06 - month

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 - 3:30 or 7:30 - 4:00

Pay range: $55-$62

Job Description :

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience (gathering of requirements, testing, configuration) with a strong emphasis on the payroll module.
• Workday Payroll certification is a definite plus.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with product, technology, and executive-level leadership within the organization.
• 5+ years' Workday experience
• Workday Payroll product expertise
• Experience working in an Agile environment and creating stories in Jira
• Strong testing experience
