Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced HR Analyst to coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for employees and contingent workers within a regulated environment. This role acts as a central point of coordination across multiple teams to ensure a seamless, compliant onboarding from preboarding through Day 1.

You will monitor case progress, support workforce readiness, ensure documentation, verification, and system access, and promote audit readiness across regional teams and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of onboarding operations experience.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for employees and contingent workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end preboarding and onboarding for employees and contingent workers.
• Launch onboarding workflows and monitor case progress for timely completion.
• Track onboarding status, manage outstanding items, and escalate when needed.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, managers, and onboarding partners.
• Ensure onboarding documentation, attestations, and access are completed on schedule.
• Maintain onboarding records in compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for onboarding efficiency and compliance.
